Name: Vitani Kalis Eira
Nickname: V or Vitani.
Age: 26.
Gender: Female.
Height: 5'1
Weight: 126lbs.
Nationality: Equestrian.
Occupation: Defensive wing, soldier of war.
Allegiance: The Solar Empire.
Marital Status: Single.
Hair: White as snow, half of her head is layered, feathery and growing. While the other half, is shaved.
Eyes: An aqua mix of blue and green.
Living Relatives: Kama Grain (Sister) Stathos Spring. (Mother)
Flight or Magic: Flight.
General Description: Usually seen wearing her soldier jacket, her collection of clothing is severely limited in the military. Sticking to what she feels comfortable in, button up grey shirts and flexible black pants are what she favors. Strapped to her by a band, her bow and arrows are always by her side. Upon her head, a golden head piece along with a neck ascot is chosen by her as symbols of loyalty and devotion. Dark skinned despite her snow white hair, she shows no care in what she looks like, but only what she does to improve her skills. Last but not least, on her right side, a lone scar is seen right beneath her eye, not many know how it got there, and hardly any will.
Skills: Perfecting the art of archery, with an eye on the target and fling of her fingers, her accuracy and mastering is nothing to laugh about it. Wonderful at long range attacks and often on the defensive wing with her talent, she is well known for her gift and hard work at what she does. Great at flying and talented at multitasking, her positive attitude keeps her from downing even herself in times of error. Also skilled at sprinting, jumping, and hearing remarkably well, her pros only power her cons all the more. Decent at hand to hand combat, she is no better then the other professional soldiers around. However, her kick and quick to respond reflexes do allow her time to think things through if it requires running away.
Faults: Horrible at running long distances, Vitani has a hard time pacing herself along with jogging. With her legs sprinting everywhere, it may get her places faster, but it also slows her down in the long run. Unskilled at picking up any other weapon besides her bow and arrows, a sword is completely useless to her, along with others. Becoming an amateur within seconds of holding other weapons, she chooses not to humiliate herself further. Being too hot headed and full of herself is another fault she is not proud of. Quick to sidetrack, her lousy attitude towards those she finds weaker isn't something shes very proud of. Often the first one to start a fight, she may not always be the one to finish it. Because of her height, she is often at a disadvantage before the battles begin, leaving her with flight and her bow alone.
History: Born into the beliefs that the Solar Empire was the team to defend, Vitani leaned at an early age what each empire was about. Hearing nothing but bad things about the Crystal Empire, she simply wished things were better. On the fence between the Solar and Lunar Empire and why it was the lunar Queen left them had actually caused the young V to be irritated. Although she wasn't born when it all happened, the thought of that princess abandoning the people that did follow her, had caused Vitani to shove that Empire away.
Watching her father as he left for war, the young aged white haired V was beyond confused and saddened. With a young emotional state and retrieving her first little sister within the same time frame, she prayed to the goddess of the sun that he would return home safe. As she grew older, the letters her father would send them would shorten over time, but would still come. Trusting that he would return one day, Vitani watched as her mother's happiness dwindled away as each letter came through. While her mother sold and made homemade bread and other grain products for the market, the two kids were often too busy playing to really pay much attention to the family business.
Teaching her sister things as they both grew older, V often found herself in the back yard, practicing her archery. Her sister normally just cheered her on, laughing and failing when she herself even tried. Not the tough or fighting type, her sister was the pure one, like an untouched angel. Always feeling protective of her little sister, as Vitani grew, her skills only grew stronger. Coming home to the worst day of her life, the white haired teenager watched in horror as royal guards addressed the news to her mother about their father. He was dead, and for the first time in all her life, Kama Grain cried. Her tears had caused a heart break in Vitani alone, let alone the news. Knowing then on that she would need to continue to bring her family honor and protection, she vowed to do anything that would make her stronger.
Joining the military when she became of age and going through the brutal training, it was tough and she often needed to repeat the courses given, but she never gave up. Finally making it as a solider of the Solar Empire, she sent a note to her remaining family with the wonderful news. Knowing they were never happy with it to begin with, she hoped that she was going to make them proud in the end. Sending it away and getting a box through the postal service, an ascot along with her golden head piece was wrapped in light colored tissue paper as a note was placed on top. Sent to her as a gift from her mother and sister, Vitani wept with happy tears that night. She would continue to grow strong for them both and for the empire. The years passed, and belonging to the soldiers in both body and soul, her determination and skills were more mastered in the ranks then they would ever truly be on her own, and for that she was thankful.
