The entrance is sort of tucked away in an alley, the only thing outside is a sign with the name. The inside, at first glance, is fairly neat. The walls are made out of wood about halfway up and the rest is wallpaper of what seems to be cats and cogs. The room has a couch and a few chairs, along with paintings of Airships and impossible looking machinery. A couple of bookshelves are there, too. It looks more like someone's living room than a hardware store. An obviously homemade cat tower (which is constructed out of cloth, metal, and a bit of wood) is in a corner next to a small hexagonal window. A door labeled 'Workshop' leads to, well, a workshop. It's a rather cluttered space with scrolls of designs and models, tools, books, and other rubbish strewn about. In the center of the room, a small area is cleared and has a large sheet over the floor which is stained with various things. Small trinkets are on shelves, such as little statues that seem to be made out of clocks, pictures of Alyx and Sprocket, and a vast amount of tools. There are stairs to the second floor, which is a simple bedroom. A queen sized bed with a bedside table, a few dressers, etc. Normal things for a bedroom.

[Enter Alyx Quinn] Quinn was lounging in a chair in the main room, reading a copy of The Nameless City. Today was a slow day, not many customers, as if there was a lot in the first place. She sighed and set her book on the nearby table. She peered through the small window, from there she could see the streets and anyone who passed by. Hoping to see at least one interesting person she looked over each passerby, trying to find something...different.

The slight patter of rain droplets could be heard coming from outside the humble hardware shop. The cold night air was harsher than usual this particular evening, which likely accounted for the lack of customers. Many civilians would opt to stay bundled up in their meager homes rather than venture out in the rain in search for supplies. Eventually however, the sound of rain was harshly interrupted by the gentle ringing of a bell, and the creaking of the front door. A tall man stands in the doorway, adorned in dully colored leather armor, a now soaked cotton cloak, and a steel helm and faceplate. A silver medallion with a lunar crest could be seen as the buckle on his cloak. Without uttering a sound, he scrapes the mud off of his boots on the door frame and steps inside. His worn leather gloves clutched a one handed war axe, which the man promptly leaned against a nearby wall.

The man doesn't say anything at first, instead, he merely inspects the shop.
"You Alyx Quinn?"

[Enter Comedy] The bell rings as a tall figure in formal attire enters wiping his shoes on the rug. He looks at the other figure then over to the female. "Hello, I am Comedy, I'm looking for the owner." He says in a kind tone. The water seemingly dissapeared off his clothes, he browses the shop looking at all the items.

He takes off his top hat, holds it to his chest and bows aswell before returning it upon his head. "Pleasure to meet you, tell me, how much do your gears cost here?" he asks kindly, his eyes inspecting her. The sound of his gears turning and his core ticking fills the silence, an occasional studdder in one of the gears signals it is broken.

He carefully pulls out a small gear from his left hand, the left hand going limp afterwards. He places it on the table "Like this one." He said with a grunt. The gear was quite heavy and seemed to be made up of a mixture of gold, silver, steel, iron, and a fair amount of an unknown metal. A gust of steam blew from his left arm. "Great more repairs..." He said sighing and inspecting his left arm.

Alyx takes a quick look at the gear, moving closer to inspect your arm. "Not much, most likely..." She pauses for a moment. "Now, I don't mean to sound creepy, but I find you very...interesting."

The armored man merely leans up against a wall, crossing his arms. It was clear that he wasn't a fan of being interrupted like he was, but he wasn't prepared to make a scene over it. He observed the newcomer with a fading sense of interest. He was definitely strange, as such attire wasn't very common in the Lunar Empire.

Comedy claps his hands together, the gloves making the clapping sound flesh would "Excellent!" He says with joy in his voice "Now I won't have to spend so much making them myself." He glances down at you his eyes seem a bit concerned, with a kind but firm tone he says "Carefull, it's malfunctioning, it might release steam again." The gears in his left arm have stopped completely and there is a small rubber tube running along side his arm from his armpit area to the wrist. The tube seems to small slit in the middle of it that occasionally releases a sudden just of hot steam.

"Oh, I've been hit in the face with steam before...a lot. I've gotten used to it." She looks it over, starting to grin like a giddy child on Christmas morn. "Well, I probably could get this arm back in shape but it'll take time. I'll schedule you for tomorrow, sometime in the Afternoon." She turns back to the armoured man. "Again, I apologize for making you wait. So what is it you need?"
