Cen now wore his simple green tank-top and military pants. He didn't have any extra weapons on him, however he had several scars from all around his body.
"Someone on the sanitation department probably cleaned it up! This is Canterlot, hey! HEY! Watch it!" Cen growls as he's shackled, squirming uncomfortably.
"This is Canterlot! They wouldn't just let blood flow through the streets here! You have no evidence! I have a record! I was in Bootcamp! You can't do this!" He protests.

"This incident started less than half an hour ago. The sanitation department does not operate that fast, and they are trained to report suspicious activity or situations. A blood splatter near an alley where a big law enforcement response just happened would have been reported. We will also check the area for witnesses; store keepers, pedestrians, anyone who was there and can corroborate your claim."
He stepped out once the shackles were locked and secured, and spoke from the street, looking inside.
"Take us there now."

Cen seemed to calm down, and remained stoic now. He took a huff and stopped struggling.
"No." He responds simply and coldly.

"That was not a request, Private. It is an order. You will take us to the location you stabbed the fleeing criminal."
He did not seem angry, or upset at all. Though, the Watch Leader and the lawmen all frowned at Cen's refusal.

"What're you going to do? arrest me?" He asks, holding up his shackled hands, raising his eyesbrows sarcastically.

"No, but it adds Insubordination to the charges. It also looks poorly for your own defense to refuse to cooperate in gathering evidence to prove your own innocence."
He motions to the lawmen to bring him out, "We will just go to Montfort then. Watch Leader, please contact the other posts and the garrison provost. I want a list of any missing persons or murders reported today. Also, contact the area hospitals and medical clinics for patients coming in with suspicious blade wounds. The Private has someone's blood on his feet. I want to know who's."

Cen remained silent and stoic as Corvus ordered the Watch Leader. He even rolled his eyes.

Corvus and the lawmen transported Cen out of the city and back to Montfort.

More volunteered troops have begun to walk the main street of the beautiful city. Checking both sides for someone the Queen was looking for, some soldiers were left behind like before. Asked to question anyone that seemed suspicious or looking like the man they were to question, the rest of the troops headed forward. Marching throughout the rest of the street and even waving to the citizens with no harm or threat, many smiled in knowing that their great city was safe from harm.

Walking to the law enforcement post, he stopped and spoke to the Watch Leader. He received additional information that he could use in his report.
He took down the names and ranks of the men who had been in witness with relation to the incident. None stated that they had seen Cen in the area until his sudden return after being sent around the block. They also could not find any witnesses saying they saw a Solar soldier chase and stab a fleeing flyer. Nor could they locate a place near the alley which had blood on the ground.
He came to learn, as a by-the-way, that the ring of criminals was more or less busted. The head of the group was in custody, and several robberies cases were being closed in connected to the busted ring. This made Corvus glad.
The thanked them all, then headed for the Palace for his final bit of investigating.
