The train station for both leaving and entering Canterlot is not one to laugh about. While it is the fastest source of traveling in these parts, the road to the lunar empire is off limits, however other areas of land are encouraged. The Crystal Empire is allowed yet frowned upon as the Queen finds herself un-trusting of the land's ruler.

[Aibne enters, here goes nothing] Drudging out of the station was a familiar sight to the city, a civilian walking around aimlessly to whoever knows where going to do whoever knows what. But the civilian in question wasn't some merchant of shopkeeper that made up a majority of the workforce of Canterlot, the fellow was a migrant worker which was quite unusual in such an urban setting. The laborer's feet dragged behind him, his hands drooped to his sides, and he seemed to have a sneer stuck on his face. He looked only forward as he navigated through the throngs of pedestrians littering the streets and eventually came to a stop at a corner of the street. His eyes now laid on a sight that made him seethe with anger, the Solar Palace.
'Bloody royalty...' he thought to himself as he continued his prolonged and abnormal stare. His thoughts swelled with those of protest and discontent. With a huff he stopped looking at it and continued walking around, hoping he would bump into a job opportunity.

A small stand was set up just by the train station. A sign just above the stand says "Labor Needed to help the soldiers!" in big red paint. Behind the stand sits a female leaning back in her chair. Her feet are on the table, and her arms are crossed. She seems to be wearing a Janitors outfit.
On the stand is a stack of papers and a pen. The Janitor looks up at the sky, bored out of her mind.

Aibne stopped in his tracks when he saw the stand. Sure he was looking for work, but work for the military? His mind was in a state of mental debate as he weighed the options. Seeing that there was no other present options for work, he shrugged and reluctantly headed to the stand. The thought of being drafted still lingering in his mind. Once at the stand he looked at the sign and at the Janitor.
"Labor for the soldiers? What kind of labor? Physical? Cooking?" Aibne asked in a monotonous voice, ready to bolt away if this were some kind of recruitment ploy.

Jolting her head to look down, the Janitor almost falls out of her seat. Obviously she wasn't expecting someone to actually come by. She took her boots off the stand and sat up straight, fixing her hat.
"All ya'll get here's cleanin' -- and maybe scrubbing. If ya c'n cook, then good for you, they could use better cooks if ya ask me... ere's the registration, jus' fill it out and we'll get back to ya soon." She explains in a heavy Western-Equestrian accent before handing him one of the many forms.

It took a moment for Aibne to decipher what she had said to him, being that he wasn't very familiar with the accent. He took the registration and looked it over, making sure there weren't any scams involved and to look over details of payment. Placing the registration back on the stand he began filling it out, eager to have actually found some work instead of the dry leads he usually gets. Though it wasn't exactly the work he wanted to get, beggars can't be choosers.
"Well it beats nothing...I guess...will I be travelling in this job? Or staying here?" Out of the two possibilities the latter seemed more comfortable to Aibne.

"N'less ya c'n clean a bathroom fr'm eight thousand miles away, yer guna have'ta move to the military base." She replies with a shrug, setting the form to the side and relaxing back into her chair.

"Go to the base? For how long? How much will I even get paid?" Aibne's patience begun wearing thin as the news about going to the base came to him as a bit of a shock. Not to mention that the indifference shown by the Janitor caused his some irritation as well.
"When would I even start? Or do 'y'all' not know?" He grunted, agitation hinting in his voice.

Looking up at him, faintly caring, she moved one of her boots over and got a little dirt onto his application.
"Ah just clean the toilets'n floors. The government'll sort you out if ya get accepted. Only the best'f the best get to serve the Solar Empire." She states with dry sarcasm.

"Hmph, yeah I can tell..." He grunts and turns from the stand, "Bloody simpleton." Aibne muttered to himself as he walked away from the stand. The journeyman could only now think about the job he signed up for and hoping that he'd get accepted. Not so much so that he'd be helping the soldiers, but that he'd be getting paid which was of top priority for him being that his personal wealth was wearing thin. [Aibne Exits]

Guarding around near the train station of the Solar Empire, with some volunteered soldiers mixed with experienced individual soldiers, they stood guard. Not allowing anyone to enter or exit without their watch, it seemed everything was running smoothly. Although they couldn't seem to find the man that the Queen was looking for, the streets seemed safe enough for them for now. Standing guard there still, they had spread out in a fashioned manner.
