The woman would find herself again pressing her face to the cold stone ground, very suddenly, with the full weight of the armored man's body top her upper back. He said nothing, and just watched her, waiting as he knelt over her and balanced on his knees. He felt the warm squish of her body through the knee-cap plates as they compressed under the unforgiving force of simple gravity. He saw her fingers wriggle under the strain of the wrist-cuffs.
He was in no hurry now, and whatever happened to Cen was in the hands of Fate. He would follow up later.
But for now, there was an amateur criminal enterprise to dismantle.

The woman let out a grunt and a struggle. Surprisingly, another officer walked in and saw Corvus's rank right away. He gave a small bow.
"You the one who blew the whistle? ... Either way, thanks for the help. We've been hounding this little group for a while now -- so many alleyways in Canterlot and so few officers. We'll take it from here, sir." The officer said, walking over and taking the woman from Corvus with slight contempt with her.
"This one bit part of my ear off once." The cop exclaims with a small chuckle.

The lawman's very casual, very unprofessional demeanor triggered immediate suspicion. Corvus nodded back politely and listened to the man until the man chuckled about his ear being bit. When standing in the presence of a person who BIT off your EAR, one does not merrily chuckle.
Corvus did not rise from his kneeling position atop the female, and did not allow her to be taken, "I would see your seal of office and registration papers before referring over this prisoner, sir."

The officer looked genuinely surprised by the request; his eyes widening and his neck straightening up. He wet his lips and reached into his pocket.
"I have my badge -- but my papers are at the department." He explains, sounding honest.
The woman continues to grunt and attempt escape.

As he feels the woman still trying to escape under him, he leans forward, adding more of the heavy weight to his knees. He could feel her bone-joints separating, and he was careful not to break her in any way as he looked at the officer.
"In that case, I will be transporting her. I need you to go around the block and look for a Solar Guard private answering to the name Cen."

The woman let out a distressed groan and gave up struggling.
The officer nodded and took a step to the side; giving him room to walk away. "What should I do after I find the Private?" He asks, needing instructions.

"Ask him what he is doing, then release him. Send a message of what he tells you to the station."
He rose slowly, and looked down at the female, "Are you done?"

The officer nods and gives an awkward salute. He was clearly no soldier; just a city guard. "Yes uh -- sir!" He then turns and walks away, in search of Cen.
The woman gives a small huff and says, "Yes! By Celestia's fat ball in the air yes! Get your fucking knee out of my back!"

"Good." He got up to his feet, then helped his cuffed woman up, keeping a firm grip on her arm in case she tried to run again. He tugged her along, out of the alley.
[Exit Corvus]
